Service Description

Just as you have other health baselines, it is essential to establish your brain function baseline. Should you see changes in your memory, cognitive or motor function, your baseline is critical for comparison in the future. Documentation from your Baseline Assessment are sent to your PCP/Specialist for your medical records.
